Applying is simple! You can easily complete your application online at your convenience through our website. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out!

Once we have all your information, we’ll process your application quickly. Approval typically takes between 5 minutes and 72 hours, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process!

Yes, we offer lease terms from 3 to 15 months. Please note, leases shorter than 12 months may include a short-term premium.

You can pay rent online via e-check, credit, or debit card, and set up automatic payments for convenience. Rent can also be paid in person at participating locations through our walk-in payment system.

Yes, renter's insurance is required to protect your belongings. If you prefer not to cover them yourself, you can opt for our LLIP program for just $10.95/month.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility and are not included in your rent.

Setting up utilities is easy! Contact Ameren Electric for electricity. Water, sewer, and trash services are managed through Conservice and will be added to your ledger. Please note that Conservice bills 60 days behind, so charges may appear later. Final utility charges will be applied in your last month before move-out

Our community offers exceptional amenities designed to enhance your living experience, including a resort-style pool with sundeck, 24-hour concierge services, an iMac Cyber Café with free printing, and a spacious green area for relaxation and recreation. Everything you need for comfort and convenience is right here!

Absolutely! We offer the convenience of free parking throughout the community. Additionally, we have two carports available for rent at $40 per month, though they rarely become available. If you're interested, let us know, and we’ll be happy to add you to the waitlist!

Every apartment comes with its own in-unit washer and dryer, so you can enjoy the convenience of doing laundry right at home—no shared facilities required!

Pet Policy

Yes! We’re pet-friendly and welcome up to 2 pets per apartment. While there’s no pet park on-site, we have plenty of green space that’s perfect for playtime!

Residents enjoy easy access to Bee Tree County Park, vibrant dining options, and local nightlife—providing the ideal mix of nature and city living.

ReNew Cross Creek is located within the Mehlville School District.

Maintenance

Yes, we have an on-site maintenance team available during business hours to handle routine requests. For after-hours emergencies, our team is also available to address urgent issues that can’t wait until the next day. We're here to ensure your home is always well taken care of!

For maintenance issues, you can submit a service request through your resident portal or contact our office directly for assistance.

You’re not required to be home for routine service requests, but if you'd prefer to be present, simply select that option when submitting your request through the portal. If you have pets, we kindly ask that they be secured to allow our maintenance team easy access to your home. For after-hours emergency calls, we do ask that you be home to let our team in. We’re here to help and make the process as smooth as possible!
